STANDARD T & C’s FOR ALL VOUCHERS:

About these terms and conditions:

Africaonline .mobi (“Africaonline”) utilise a third party, Dial a Contractor South Africa (Pty) Ltd. ("DAC") and their panel of approved, suitably skilled and, where required by law, accredited and/or legally-compliant Service Providers to perform installations for Customers on the terms, conditions and rates set out in the specific terms and conditions pertaining to each Voucher.

These terms and conditions shall be read in conjunction with the specific terms and conditions which are applicable to the specific installation and/or service pertaining to the voucher.

In the event that there is an ambiguity and/or conflict between these standard terms and conditions and the specific terms and conditions pertaining to the specific voucher, then the specific terms and conditions shall prevail.

How to Redeem this Voucher:

• This Voucher can only be redeemed by calling the Contact Centre on 087 551 2842 which is operated by Dial a Contractor South Africa (Pty) Ltd. for and on behalf of Africaonline .mobi.

Validity of Voucher:

• This Voucher is valid for 3 (three) months from the Date of Purchase.

Conditions for Additional Work to be done:

• In circumstances where additional work is required and is not covered by this Voucher, the Customer and the Service Provider must agree to the scope of work and the price prior to the commencement of the installation.
• The Customer will be responsible for paying any additional costs directly to the Service Provider upon completion of the installation and once the Customer is satisfied that the work has been done.
• Neither Africaonline nor DAC will be responsible for any additional costs.
• Should the Customer not accept the additional costs for the additional work required, the Service Provider will only be obligated to render the services stipulated in this Voucher.

Customer Considerations:

• The Customer must ensure that it has obtained all necessary approvals to have the installation completed by the Service Provider, including but not limited to any approvals from the owner of the premises, body corporates, managing agents, homeowners associations, and/or local municipal authorities. The Customer hereby warrants that it has obtained all necessary approvals by permitting the Service Provider to commence with the services required.
• The Customer accepts that drilling is a destructive process. Whilst every care shall be taken, the Service Provider shall not be responsible for any damage to internal or external plaster as a result of drilling. Holes drilled will be neatened up but not painted.
• The Customer shall indicate the position of all water, power, security, audio-visual or other hidden reticulation to the Service Provider before the commencement of the installation. Notwithstanding this, the Service Provider shall not be responsible for any damage caused to any reticulation nor arising as a result of any damage to the reticulation.

Cancellation of this Voucher:

• The Customer has the option to cancel the Installation Voucher should the Customer for any reason no longer wish to continue with the installation. In the event that the Service Provider has already commenced the journey to the Customer's nominated address, then the Customer could be charged a cancellation fee of R 650.00, which covers the Service Provider’s delivery and travel costs. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund value due to the Customer.

Customer Satisfaction:

• Once the work is completed the Customer will be requested to rate their experience with Africaonline, the Contact Centre and the Service Provider.
• Customer Satisfaction will be measured by a rating requested from the Customer. Should anything not meet the Customer’s expectations we invite the Customer to contact DAC immediately by telephone on 087 551 2842 or email peter@dialacontractor.co.za.

General:

• In the event that this Voucher is lost and/or stolen, neither Africaonline, DAC nor their agents, subcontractors, consultants or employees will be liable for any reimbursement of any nature whatsoever.
• This Voucher is to be utilised at the sole risk of the Customer and neither Africaonline, DAC nor their agents, subcontractors, consultants nor employees will be liable for any loss or damage associated with the use of this Voucher.
• This Voucher is only valid for the value stipulated herein and in the specific terms and conditions and is subject to these terms and conditions.
• The Voucher may not be used for any illegal transactions whatsoever. It is the Customer’s responsibility to determine whether a transaction is legal or not.
• Misuse of the Voucher may constitute fraud.
• The amount registered on this Voucher will not accrue any interest whatsoever.
• South African Law governs these terms and conditions.
• Africaonline may elect to amend the Voucher terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
• By purchasing this Voucher, the Customer accept the terms and conditions.

Personal Information

• In order to process the installation and carry out all work in accordance with this Voucher, the Customer will be required to provide Africaonline, DAC and the Service Provider with certain personal information, including but not limited to full name, contact number and address where the installation will take place.
• The Customer hereby consents to Africaonline, DAC and the Service Provider utilising its personal information and retaining same, in order to fulfil their obligations in terms of these terms and conditions. The Customer further consents to Africaonline, DAC and the Service Provider contacting the Customer in order to be able to provide the services and obtain the customer rating required.
• DAC can be contacted on 087 551 2842 or Customers can respond to SMS’s and/or emails received to opt out of specific communications at any time.
